Reached via stopovers in Antigua or Barbados, a holiday to St Lucia is still relatively unspoiled by mass tourism and retains the relaxed Creole charm of its French roots.
For Divers there are coral reefs and excellent diving to be found on the western coast at Anse Cochon and Anse Chasanet.
