Travel agents poor first impressionsYou want to feel like your the only person booking a holiday and you would like the travel agent to want your business..

It seem that helpfulness of some travel agents gives a poor first impression.

You the holiday making public are not asking for miracles, you just want the agent to give you the impression that they want to help you book your holiday.

Being made to feel like the travel agent is doing you a favour, and not the other way around, is becoming alarmingly familiar

Personally this issues comes up all the time, but it’s not just an issue with travel agents.

The other day i dropped my motorcycle of for service, with a list of things to do, yet when i picked it up i found half of the work had not been done, yet they wanted to charge me labour cost on the missing work!!!

I have probably put a few people off going there because I ranted about them today at work.

Travel companies have to realise that first impressions count.

Travel Consumers have the tools to be able to share their experiences, and we can be awkward at times, and while the holiday we are trying to book maybe fantastic might be fantastic,

How the travel agents come across when booking is vital to the consumer’s impression of the company, and word of mouth is very powerful.

We would be Interested to know of any negative experiences you have had with travel agents. Add a comment below.
