Sunshine more important than cost – issue

Cheaperholidays users have voted warm and sunny weather as the most important factor when choosing their holiday location, reducing low cost locations. Plus UK holidays and breaks are coming back into Vogue.

Despite Britain’s tottering economy, it seems that escaping the UK’s gloomy weather is the most important goal of British holidaymakers, and we are quite happy to pay extra for the privilege of sunny skies.

Every summer Britain experiences a mass exodus when thousands of UK holidaymakers head for the warmer climes, however this year we are avoiding the EuroZone destinations, Giving Spain a real headache..Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Greece and many other Mediterranean sun spots each year.
