Abta member Miles Travel Ltd has failed. Another travel agent failure.

Miles travel, based in Cranbrook, Kent, was unable to meet its future liabilities.

If you have booked with Miles Travel contact your card company for full refund of any monies paid.

We have been advised that former member Miles Travel Ltd (resigned 29 June 2009) is unable to meet its liabilities with effect from 7 July 2009.

Any retail claims arising from the failure of Miles Travel Ltd will be handled by CEGA, ABTA’s claims handling partner.

We understand that Miles Travel Ltd was a member of Worldchoice. If any principals dealt with this company on the ACAS payment system they should contact Worldchoice Travel Ltd in the first instance.
PLEASE NOTE: This business has no connection to any other Member with a similar name.

The ABTA claims period will close on 07/01/10. All claims and supporting documentation must be received prior to this date

Any retail claims arising from the failure will be handled by Abta’s claims handling partner Cega.
