We get many requests for single rooms from our customers, and to be honest its a bit of a minefield.

Its embarrassing to tell someone that holiday company A, want to charge you an extra £300 in single supplements, for a single room.

We are still looking for Supplement free single person holidays, however try almost free single supplements .

Hotels should offer more single rooms

Its time hoteliers and apartment realised that, there are millions of potential single travelers in the UK alone, and although there are so called single person tour operators they are a total rip off..

Sever lack of choice

We have on very rare occasions found a single person deal with a tour operator at no extra cost, but they are very few and far between.. Solo travelers are a bit like families with children.

There are times where its cheaper to charge the children as adults to remove the under occupancy on so called free child paces.

Until tour operators realise that charging single supplements is a rather large no no, then they will continue to do so..
