Cheaperholidays are showing a huge 43% increase in bookings in the first two months of this year, compared with January and February 2007. The so called credit crunch is having no effect on holiday bookings. UK holiday makers can always be relied upon to take a “true Brit spirit”, with holidays seen as a necessity to relieve the stress of modern life and not a luxury.
A split of early and Late Booker’s picked up the best deals, paid the lowest deposits and enjoyed the biggest choice. “I’m sure any company would be pleased at even a modest rise in business, so we are delighted with growth of this magnitude.”
