Thomas cook are now offering flights to the ever popular Egypt Red sea resort of Sharm el sheikh from Belfast. Starting December 2009.

Thomas Cook’s chief executive of mainstream travel Pete Constanti said the carrier is “very pleased” to announce flights to Sharm el Sheikh from Belfast.”

“It is important to us to be able to give customers flexibility regarding holiday destinations, so they can have the holiday they desire,” he explained.

One of the Egyptian destination’s highlights is the Ras Mohammad Marine Park, which is often referred to as one of the world’s primary diving destinations.
